Urgent: Assistance Required for Failed Auto Payment

Hi Team,

We’re facing an issue with our plan payment. The payment is scheduled for the 23rd of every month and usually gets auto-debited. However, this month’s payment was not processed due to insufficient balance on the card. As a result, all our crawlers have been moved to the trash.

We topped up the card yesterday, but the payment still hasn’t gone through. Could you please help us process the payment and restore access to our crawlers?

When a payment fails, Distill automatically retries the charge up to five times over a few days. If all retries are unsuccessful, the account is downgraded to the free plan. Email notifications are sent for each failed attempt, along with details about the downgrade.

After the downgrade, monitors that exceed the free plan’s limit are moved to the trash.

To restore access, please re-subscribe to your plan from the billing page: Distill | Login. Once the plan is active again, you’ll be able to restore monitors from the trash.
