Monitoring a page that I think uses JavaScript?

Bare with me as I am useless when it comes to this sort of stuff. Basically I want to monitor a golf tee time booking page for a specific date. I was hoping it would be as easy as pasting the URL after clicking the date but the URL doesn’t seem to change when the specific date is selected. So distill keeps monitoring the same day tee times instead of the date I want which may be 3 days from now. I’m assuming the page is using dynamic content loading or JavaScript to update its content without changing the URL. Does anyone know how I can achieve this?
