How to send Source / HTML content using webhooks?

Hi. Kindly help on how to send the html / source content using HTML.

Secondly, it would be very helpful If you could explain in detail how to use the parameters option to send data to webhook. As in what should be the values to send various types of data. what does sieve mean etc.
