Exporting Results Automatically to Google Sheets?

Is there a way for results to be automatically written into google sheets?

Example:

List 1 - 50
List 2 - 30

Update:

List 1 - 20
List 2 - 0

It should overwrite the whole column that shows the quantity of each list item.
