I have set up an action to monitor this site for changes: Tickets – Louis CK
As I want to be notified immediately when new dates are added so that I may purchase tickets and get the best seats.
But being new to it, I’m not sure if I did it completely correct. I do get notifications, but no new tickets at the bottom of the page has been added, meaning no new venues and tickets are on sale yet.
I hope someone can assist me as to how I best get notified of the changes without getting too many notifications when nothing significant has really changed . I hope that makes sense
Can you check the monitor’s change history to see what’s triggering the alerts? Click the monitor from the Watchlist to view the changes - added text appears in green, and deleted text in red.
Based on these changes, you may want to adjust the monitor’s configuration for more relevant alerts. Generally, it’s best to select specific sections of the page and exclude unwanted parts from monitoring.
Hi. Thank you for your reply. It’s all in green in the latest change. I see that sometimes. So what you’re saying is that I should perhaps only choose the bottom part of the page as new shows/tickets will be added there?
If you are receiving too many alerts where all changes appear in green, it means the content is loading with a delay. In that case, you can add a delay in the configuration. Please refer to this guide for instructions on adding a delay. This option is available in the web app.
