# Cloud monitor returns 403 error

**Cloud monitor returns 403 error**

Hello,

My Distill cloud monitor has been returning a 403 error for the past 2–3 days.

The error message says:

“Request blocked. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time.”

The error page was generated by Amazon CloudFront.

The same website works correctly when monitored locally using the Chrome extension on my computer. Only Distill Servers is failing.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and whether there is a way to fix it?
