Change filter and the URL doesn't changes

I want to add a website that contains a list that its default is on a specific filter. When I change it to another filter the URL doesn’t changes.
How can I add the URL to distill so it’ll contain the other filter?

You can use Macros to record actions on a webpage, such as applying filters. For details, please see: Macro: Record and Replay Automated Actions – Distill. Once recorded, the Macro can be added to a monitor and will run automatically before the page is checked.
