Feel like I tried everything. Local Monitors, Proxies, etc.

Basically I’m monitoring listings on Zoro. ([https://www.zoro.com/](https://www.zoro.com/)) The webpage is dynamic and does not require any authentication. But I’m constantly running into “E\_REQUEST\_FORBIDDEN\_ERRORS” for some of the lisitings

the forbidden error (http status 403) is usually encountered when the site blocks access to the website. local monitoring usually works well in such cases. did you encounter the same error locally too? does logging to your [zoro.com](http://zoro.com) account make any difference locally?

I see. Could this be caused if the same site is queried multiple times

For example, let’s say you are on zoro, and monitoring a bunch of listings.

If you have like 20 monitors for various lisitngs, and are checking them all at once, could that cause this issue.

have you found any alternative to monitor your listings in Zoro? It seems that there’s no other way around in Distill to do that.

@weibin123 At the moment, there isn’t an alternative way to reliably monitor **Zoro listings using cloud-based monitors** in Distill.

Zoro actively blocks automated and cloud-based access, which prevents our cloud monitors from loading and checking the pages correctly. Because of this, cloud monitoring for Zoro isn’t supported right now.

However, you **can still monitor Zoro using local monitoring** , such as:

- The **Distill Chrome extension**

- The **Distill Desktop App**

Since local monitors run from your own browser or machine and IP, they’re able to access the site without being blocked.

Have the same issue with Poshmark. I’ve tried both local monitors and cloud monitors via a proxy as well as randomizing check frequency but to no avail.

@shadowmoses Would you be able to share the URL of the Poshmark website? We tried to reproduce on our side, and we are currently not facing any issue for Poshmark. Also, if possible can you share the screenshot of the check logs. Thank you.
